Providing Islamic Murabahah credit sales facility for civil servants throughout Malaysia.
PSB was incorporated as Bormob Oil Sdn Bhd on 21 September 1987, with its principal activity to supply diesel to timber camps throughout Sarawak through collaboration with Mobil Oil Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 1988. Later in 1991, PSB set up its own distributorship arrangement with Petronas Dagangan Bhd.

In 1992, PSB diversified its main activities to Credit Sales financing which has been the mainstay of the Company’s activities ever since.

Trading in fuels and lubricants
PTSB was incorporated in 31 March 1994 to diversify the business of PSB on supply of diesel to timber camps throughout Sarawak. Original distributorship on supply of diesel was with Mobil Oil Sdn Bhd but due to logistic issues, PTSB started a new distributorship with Petronas Dagangan Bhd to boost its operations. To-date, PTSB had diversify its customer base to Oil Palm estates, refineries, service stations and remain as one of the top distributors of Petronas Dagangan Bhd in Sarawak.

PETRONESA SERVICES SDN BHD
Providing centralised administration and accounting services & General contractor for plantation clearing, infrastructure and other preparation works.
PSSB was incorporated in 9 March 1994 to provide engineering and civil works. Other general services provided include site clearing for oil palm plantation and fabrication works. Apart from being a contractor, PSSB is also a supplier for engineering and industrial products as well as chemical products. PSSB has also teamed up with PSB and PTSB to provide them with Administrative and accounting services. PSSB also has a team of capable partners who endeavour to provide its best services to its customers at affordable pricing.
